Ashley Chin M.D. obtained her medical degree from UTMB in Galveston and is board certified in family medicine. She graduated from Austin College and went on to receive her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston after attending medical school. Dr. Chin is associated with the AMA, AAFP, TAFP, and Montgomery County Family Physicians. She is affiliated with Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital and St. Luke's Hospital.
Dr. Chin has been a Houstonian for over 20 years and a Montgomery County resident for 14. She has a loving family of 3 daughters: Christine, Nicole, and Sophia, and her husband, Steve.
Tami A. Berckenhoff graduated the Physician Assistant program at UTMB in Galveston, Texas with highest honors in 1997. She received a Bachelor Degree in Nutritional Science at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas in 1995. She has been working in family practice for over fifteen years.

Jennifer Quinones graduated the Physicians Assistant program at University of Texas-Pan American, Edinburg Texas in 2002. She received a BA in Psychology and MS Clinical Gerontology from Baylor University. She has been practicing medicine for 13 years. Jennifer is fluent in Spanish. “For the past 13 years practicing medicine, it has been a pleasure working with patients and their families. It is an honor to provide medical care to my patients and develop a good rapport with them. It is important to me that patients realize that I listen to their concerns and provide medical care that we both agree on. I treat each of my patients as I would care for my own family member. My family and I enjoy the great outdoors and love to travel. It is through my faith that I gain my strength and passion to walk this journey of life.”
